Meet Our Founder
Rocket Strategy was founded by Kristen Proctor, a dynamic growth leader and consultant for startups and Fortune 100 brands across multiple industries and business structures.
Kristen is passionate about relentlessly pursuing growth in all aspects of business (and life!). She hasn’t met a problem she couldn’t solve (yet) and brings a unique perspective to business challenges. By drawing from her broad, cross-functional domain experience, Kristen has the rare ability to consider business plans and processes from end-to-end and predict and avoid future collisions before they throw the business off course.
Though she’s a lover of vision and ideas, Kristen also has a knack for turning those ideas into reality with comprehensive and methodical action plans and a cross-functional team management style that ensures organizational buy-in and high-quality execution.
